The Journey
Why Sea to Cells
With over 20 years in health and wellness, my path has been shaped by curiosity, lived experience, and real-world practice. I’ve always been drawn to how environments, movement, nourishment, and daily choices shape long-term health and not just symptoms.
My professional journey began in the early 2000s, studying biology, nutrition, movement, health science, and my first health and wellness job in 2005. Along the way, I worked with athletes, families, and diverse client populations, refining an approach that balanced performance, recovery, and sustainability.
While opportunities in conventional healthcare and academic pathways were available, my passion consistently pulled me toward prevention, education, and whole-person care. I immersed myself in nutrition, clinical herbalism, bodywork, and manual therapies, studying across multiple schools and traditions, from functional nutrition and herbal pharmacy to Ayurveda, essential oils, seaweeds, mushrooms, and somatic-based bodywork.

Today: Ozeya Sea to Cells Method — integrative, women centered care combining bodywork, nutrition, herbalism, movement, and coaching
My training and experience within more traditional healthcare pathways allowed me to bridge the space between conventional and integrative care. Working alongside established systems helped me see clearly what was effective, and where gaps remained. I witnessed firsthand how many women’s needs went unmet when care stopped at symptom management. This insight deepened my commitment to look beyond temporary fixes and address root causes, creating pathways toward lasting, whole-body health rather than short-term relief.
Personal health challenges, along with supporting friends, family, and long-term clients through chronic and complex issues, deepened my commitment to understanding the gut–hormone–nervous system connection. Over time, my focus naturally shifted toward women’s health, recognizing how profoundly our needs change from puberty to postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
The Ozeya Sea to Cells Method was born from this integration: a way to meet women where they are, blending bodywork, integrative nutrition and herbalism, movement, and healthy lifestyle coaching into care that is practical, compassionate, and deeply personalized. Today, my work centers on supporting women through life’s transitions with calm, clarity, and evidence-informed strategies, offering a boutique, women-centered practice that honors both science, mind and body.
The Philosophy
Healing from the sea to your cells
True vitality begins at the cellular level, but it is sustained through the nervous system, daily choices, and the way we relate to our bodies over time. My work integrates nervous-system–aware bodywork with thoughtful nourishment strategies and targeted botanicals to support fluid dynamics, reduce inflammation, and promote hormonal harmony across all life stages;
including pre & postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
At the core of this approach is healthy lifestyle coaching grounded in behavior change science. Lasting health is not built through trends, extremes or rigid plans, but through learning how your brain and body adapt, respond, and rewire. Drawing on motivational interviewing principles and my training as a NASM Behavior Change Specialist, I help clients translate insight into doable daily rituals that feel supportive rather than overwhelming, and that actually last.
In a world saturated with health information, social media trends, and conflicting advice, it’s easy to feel confused or pressured into following protocols that were never meant for your body. Much of what circulates online is incomplete, misinterpreted, or even harmful when applied without context. I don’t offer pre-made plans or generic solutions. Instead, we build your approach together, learning how your body responds, what it needs, and how to support it sustainably.
My practice is women-centered and results-driven, guided by personalization rather than dogma. Care is delivered in a calm, safe, and luxurious environment where you are supported, not judged, and empowered to understand your own physiology. We help you make informed decisions for long-term health.
